The editorial board of the Glasnik of the Bar Association of Vojvodina announces that at the editorial board meeting held on on April 3, 2025, a decision was made on the winners of both competitions, which the Editorial Board announced during the previous year.

A total of 6 papers were submitted to both competitions, of which the editorial board took 5 papers into consideration.

The winner of the competition for the “Milorad Botić” Award was the work entitled “Awarding Non-Pecuniary Damage in Cases of Missing Babies – Experiences of Law Application” by Bojana Arsenijević.

The winner of the competition for the “Katarina Lengold Marinković” award was the work entitled “Unsolvable Problems of Justice and Artificial Intelligence” by Marica Mišić.

All papers submitted to the competitions that received two positive reviews will be published by the end of this year in our journal, about which the authors will be informed individually.

The editorial board of the journal would like to thank all participants for the competitions and announce that the competitions for 2025 will be announced soon.
