The editorial board of the Glasnik of the Bar Association of Vojvodina announces that at the editorial board meeting held on April 5, 2024, a decision was made regarding the winners of both contests, which the editorial board announced in 2023.

A total of 11 submissions were received for both contests, out of which 9 submissions were considered by the editorial board.

In the contest for the “Milorad Botić” award, the winning submission titled “The method of Calculating Price Reductions in Contracts for the International Sale of Goods” was authored by Milica Popović, a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Law, University of Novi Sad.

In the contest for the “Katarina Lengold Marinković” award, the winning submission titled “The Power of the Prosecution to Modify the Criminal Charges and Its Implications for the Defendant’s Position” was authored by Lora Briški, a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana.

All submissions that have received two positive reviews will be published by the end of this year in our journal, which the authors will be individually notified about.

The journal’s editorial board thanks all the participants in the contests and announces that new contests for the year 2024 will soon be announced.
